Marcey Brightwell joined Rose & Kindel in January 2009 to launch its new strategic communications division, R&K Grayling Communications. Marcey served as the senior political reporter for Sacramento ABC affiliate KXTV-News10, from 2001 to 2008, covering the California State Capitol, Legislature and Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
When California history was being made, chances are, Marcey was a witness. She has covered every statewide political campaign, ballot measure, presidential campaign and major piece of legislation over the last two decades.

Prior to News 10, Marcey worked as Bureau Chief for Capitol Television News Service (CTNS), providing daily political satellite newsfeeds to stations across California - from Sacramento to San Francisco - Los Angeles to San Diego. Marcey was also the evening news anchor and reporter for the Redding ABC affiliate KRCR, from 1991-1994.
