Arlene has been with Rose & Kindel for sixteen years. She is responsible for maintaining the Sacramento office calendar and handles scheduling for all Sacramento associates, with the legislature, various state agencies and the Governor’s office.

Arlene hosts annual luncheons with Senate and Assembly schedulers to stay in good contact with her colleagues. Prior to joining Rose and Kindel, Arlene was the Executive Secretary to the Northern California Sales and Marketing Division of Foster Farms for fourteen years.
Personal Bio
Arlene is a long time student of Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement, Insight Meditation and yoga. She is a member of the Capitol Knitwits, a group of legislative schedulers who meet periodically to share knitting tips and techniques. She loves to travel and spends time with her husband and their two Cairn terriers, Obee and Kanobee.
